4 Themes to Inspire Your Email Marketing!

Email Marketing

Email marketing can be a great way to keep in contact with your clients, build loyalty and generate sales but at times you may be lost for inspiration. What to write in your emails?

Here is some ideas to get you inspired:

Solving a Roadblock

Do your clients share a common issue that you can help them resolve? If so, focus your email on helping them resolve this issue by following these steps:

  • Identify the roadblock your clients may be facing.
  • Discuss the reasons why this problem exists and the potential problems that this may be giving your client.
  • Run through your solution and the benefits of it.
  • Close with a call to action.

The FAQ Email

These are great emails which not only helps them but also you! If you get a lot of the same questions, then by proactively addressing them it educates them and potentially reduces your workload be reducing the number of queries on that issue. Use the following structure:

  • Acknowledge the common questions that you get.
  • Assure the audience that they are important questions and why you want to address them.
  • Provide the answers to those questions.
  • Finish with a call to action, inviting them to contact you if they want to know more about the solutions that you provide.

A Common Mistake

Do you often see similar mistakes made by people in your audience? Help your clients be identifying those mistakes and providing solutions. Follow the following:

  • Identify the common mistake(s).
  • Discuss why they are mistakes and the potential consequences.
  • Identify the correct way to do it and the potential benefits.
  • Finish with a call to action.

A Simple Solution to a Common Problem

Similar to the above, but the difference is that the subject line is focused on providing a solution to a common problem rather than the common problem itself. Use the following structure:

  • Relate to your audience by sharing an experience where you endured a problem that is common to your audience.
  • Talk about how you found a solution and what that solution was.
  • Discuss what your business offers that connects to solving the problem.
  • Finish with a call to action.

Happy face.

Email marketing is an incredibly cheap and effective way to communicate with your audience. Remember that with email marketing you don’t need to worry about someone else changing an algorithm!
